Hello, I'm Tallulah

I discovered yoga over ten years ago and what started as a quiet practice after college became a defining part of my life. It was a place where I could close my eyes, step out of the noise, and feel both strong and still at the same time.

What I love about yoga is that it goes beyond exercise. It's a reset for your nervous system, a release of trapped tension, and a way of coming back to yourself when everyday life pulls you in every direction. At the same time, it builds genuine strength and flexibility — and it can create a real sense of community and togetherness.

Now, as a teacher, I try to bring that same feeling to everyone who walks through the door. My classes are a safe, judgement-free space where the world goes quiet for an hour. There's no pressure to perform, no need to be flexible or fit a certain mould. The class fits to each person — not the other way around.

To create a calm, welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities can slow down, feel present, and discover what yoga can do for their mind, body, and life — at their own pace, on their own terms.

Book and pay online to guarantee your spot. You can also pay at the door, but spaces aren't guaranteed unless you've booked, so booking ahead is the safest way to secure your place.

Every class is one hour, suitable for all abilities, and no experience is needed. Stambourne is a mixed chair & mat class: practise on the mat, or do everything from a chair if you'd prefer more support. Clare and Great Bardfield are gentle mat-based classes.

From September, classes will run in six-week blocks. Until then, you can book week by week.

Book your spot

Reserve a place in a few seconds — or simply turn up on the day. Booking just guarantees your mat, which matters most at the smaller Great Bardfield class.

Not in one of these villages? More classes are coming to nearby halls over the next few months. Tell me where you'd like one and I'll keep you posted.

What people say

A few words from people I've had the joy of teaching — in classes and one-to-one.

Her voice and manner were so lovely and graceful that I felt calm immediately. The practice was tailored to exactly what I needed, and by the guided relaxation at the end I'd drifted off to sleep — totally relaxed and in a safe space. An amazing experience. 100% recommend.

— Jana · private sessions

We very much enjoyed our yoga classes with Tallulah. She was always empathetic and took pains to tailor her programme to suit our level and requirements. We look forward to many more classes.

It's only been in the last year that I've returned to yoga regularly, and your classes helped me expand my repertoire for my daily practice. They were always peaceful, focused places — with hints of laughter.

— Sarah Louise

I'd never done yoga before and worried it might be boring — but Tallulah's class was fab. Relaxing, but a bit of a workout too! My body felt great afterwards, like that feeling after a massage. She was so warm and knowledgeable, and great at explaining the positions to a beginner, so I never felt like I couldn't keep up. Totally changed my opinion on yoga!

— Tabby

Excellent class — the teaching was clear and supportive, the flow well-balanced, and I left feeling calm, relaxed and energised. Many thanks for introducing me to the joy of yoga; you've given me so much confidence in my new life journey. Highly recommend for all abilities.

— Kirstie

Great class — a proper mix of genders, ages and abilities. Highly recommend.

— Ian

This was my first ever yoga class and I LOVED IT! Really relaxing, and great for a beginner like me. Definitely recommend!

— Matt
